Martin F. Connors, Jr., is the President & CEO of Rollstone Bank & Trust. He joined RBT in 2004 as President, and was previously a partner in the CPA firm Reagan & Co. and the CFO of Safety Fund National Bank. Marty is a very active leader in the community, serving on the Boards of organizations like Fitchburg State University, the North Central MA Chamber of Commerce, United Way, and HealthAlliance Hospital. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy and Masters in Taxation from Bentley University, and graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin’s graduate school of banking. |

Michael A. Olson serves as RBT’S Chief Lending Officer. A lifelong resident of Sterling, MA, Mike has been in the Commercial Banking business for over 20 years. He has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from American International College and a Commercial Lending certificate from the New England Banking Institute. Olson is on Sterling’s Board of Assessors, and is on the Board of Directors for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the North Central MA Development Corporation. |
