FULL-TIME VICE PRESIDENT BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR

*Responsible for directing operations of the banking offices and retail salesensuring satisfactory audit reports, safety and security of staff and assets, excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

*Ensure branch operations and sales activities satisfy all regulatory requirements.Develop effective risk-based policies and procedures that align with Enterprise Risk and Compliance, work with auditors and update as needed, stay current on regulatory changes, ensure employees are trained and compliant.

*Responsible for staffing and scheduling of branch personnel. Conducts performance evaluations and manage development plans for all assigned employees. Foster a motivating customer centric culture and maintain positive employee morale.

*Responsible for day-to-day security procedures for the branches, fraud investigations and filing SAR reports with FinCen. Completes research/security investigations for all departments of the bank.

*Deliver customer service excellence;define attributes and monitoring to ensure excellence, coach employees on building relations with customers and solutions that meet customers’ needs.

*Deliver annual retail sales to plan and provide accurate forecasts.Coach Branch Managers and staff to identify and deliver on sales opportunities that solve customers’ needs. Completes outside business calls with managers as needed.

Qualifications

Must have 7-10 years retail banking management experience. Duties require a background in banking operations. Equivalent to a college degree in Business/Finance. Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Word and Excel.
