Martin F. Connors, Jr., is the President & CEO of Rollstone Bank & Trust. He joined RBT in 2004 as President, and was previously a partner in the CPA firm Reagan & Co. and the CFO of Safety Fund National Bank. Marty is a very active leader in the community, serving on the Boards of organizations like Fitchburg State University, the North Central MA Chamber of Commerce, and United Way. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy and Masters in Taxation from Bentley University, and graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin’s graduate school of banking.
Michael A. Olson serves as RBT’S Chief Lending Officer. A lifelong resident of Sterling, MA, Mike has been in the Commercial Banking business for over 20 years. He has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from American International College and a Commercial Lending certificate from the New England Banking Institute. Mike has served the local community in several capacities. Positions held include Chairman of the Board of Assessors, Clerk of the Finance Committee, Finance person for the School Building Committee, and most recently as Clerk for the Town Administrator Search Committee. Mike continues to serve as a Board Member on the North Central MA Development Corporation.
Michael J. Bovenzi, Senior Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer, can be found in our Worcester office. A lifelong resident of Worcester, MA, Mike has been in the Commercial Banking business for over 15 years. He earned a MBA with a Concentration in Finance from Nichols College and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Worcester State University. Mike is on the Board of Directors of the Catholic Charities of Worcester County, a member of the Worcester Chamber of Commerce, Corridor Nine Chamber of Commerce, and the Knights of Columbus.
Brigitte Grenier serves as Vice President/Commercial Portfolio Manager. She works directly for the Chief Lending Officer, helping him manage RBT'S more complex commercial relationships. Brigitte has 25 years’ experience in financial analysis, budgeting and credit analysis, and holds a Bachelors Degree from Fitchburg State University.
Matthew Prior, Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer, has worked in the financial services industry since graduating from Quinnipiac University in 2010. In addition to his Bachelors Degree, he also holds licenses for FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65, plus life, accident, and health insurance. Prior is responsible for developing new commercial business and sustaining relationships with our current commercial loan customers.
Nicole Kalloch, Assistant Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer, joined RBT in 2012 and has held a number of roles in Retail, Credit, and Commercial Lending. Her current focus is small business commercial lending. Nicole earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Fitchburg State University.
