Meet our commercial lending team

At Rollstone Bank & Trust, we pride ourselves on being local. Our Commercial Banking team is right here making decisions about the Bank, and they’re out in the community working to make our neighborhoods even better.

Tony Rakic is the Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Lending Officer of Rollstone Bank. He has over 27 years of lending experience, including Asset Based, Commercial & Industrial, and Commercial Real Estate. After receiving his bachelor's degree from Worcester State University, Tony went on to earn his MBA from Clark University's Graduate School of Management. Tony is a past recipient of the Forty Under Forty award from the Worcester Business Journal and currently serves on the Board of Directors for North Central Massachusetts Land Bank, Inc., and the Worcester Regional Research Bureau.

Michael J. Bovenzi is Senior Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer. A lifelong resident of Worcester, MA, Mike has been in the Commercial Banking business for over 25 years. He earned his MBA with a Concentration in Finance from Nichols College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Worcester State University. Mike is a former Board Member and Treasurer at Catholic Charities of Worcester County, a member of the Worcester Chamber of Commerce, Corridor Nine Chamber of Commerce, and the Knights of Columbus.

Dan Kelser, Senior Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer, has held a variety of roles in his 25+ year banking career, including more than 20 years in the commercial loan arena. As a member of the Rollstone Commercial team, Dan is focused on building relationships and helping business owners maximize their cash flow, improve their capital position, and reach their goals. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Nichols College and has volunteered at The Arc of Opportunity of North Central MA for many years, currently serving on the Finance Committee.

Bobbie Parker serves as Senior Vice President/Portfolio Manager reporting directly to the Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Lending Officer. She has more than 20 years of lending experience in Commercial, Residential, and Consumer Lending. She earned an MBA from Fitchburg State University. Bobbie has dedicated time and leadership by serving on the boards of The Arc of Opportunity in North Central MA, Making Opportunity Count, Inc., and North Central MA CRA Coalition. Additionally, she is a lifelong volunteer for the United Way, showcasing a profound dedication to supporting her local community.

Michael A. Olson serves as Senior Advisor to RBT's Commercial Lending Division. In this role, he brings the depth of a 35-year career in commercial lending, which includes more than 17 years of leadership as the past Chief Lending Officer at Rollstone. A lifelong resident of the area, Mike has always been deeply involved in the community as a past youth sports coach and through his service on local town government boards.
