ROLLSTONE BANK & TRUST, Fitchburg, Massachusetts has petitioned the
Commissioner of Banks to convert from a federal savings association to a Massachusetts-chartered
savings bank pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws chapter 167I, section 12. The converted bank
will continue to operate under the name ROLLSTONE BANK & TRUST. All of the present banking
offices of ROLLSTONE BANK & TRUST will continue to operate following the conversion.
Any objections or comments relative to this proposal must be communicated in writing to
the Commissioner of Banks, One Federal Street, Suite 710, Boston, Massachusetts 02110-2012 or
via electronic mail to [email protected] no later than July 15, 2026. A public hearing may
be held if the response is considered significant or circumstances warrant such a hearing, as
determined by the Commissioner. The application and all communications relative to this application
