Text Alerts Now Available!

Keep tabs on your Rollstone Bank business accounts with helpful email and text alerts. Premium Alerts are a fast and easy way to monitor account activity, and it takes only a moment to set up through Business eBanking (BeB).

Our alerts are easy to setup and use. Choose from email, text message, or both. Available alerts include:

Positive Pay exceptions
checks presented for payment
balances - minimum, maximum, or negative
deposits or withdrawals posted to your account
changes to account information, such as phone number, email, or password

Log in to BeB, enable your mobile device to receive text alerts, and then head to the Communications tab to customize your alerts today. Check out the step-by-step instructions below or contact us for assistance.

Log into BeB & enable your device.

The first step to receiving text alerts is to enable your device. Once you're logged in to BeB, hover over the Administration tab, and click Self Administration. Then choose the Personal Preferences tab.

Click the edit button next to your mobile number and check “Use with alerts”. The Phone Type must be listed as mobile to be used for premium alerts. Then click Update and you're ready to turn on the alerts you want.

Choose your alerts.

Once you have enabled your mobile phone to receive text alerts, you can choose your alerts.

Hover over Administration, choose Communications, then Manage Alerts. Alerts are organized into category. Access different alerts by clicking through the categories.

You can also Edit alerts and Add alerts as desired. Click the Edit icon, make your changes, and click Save. To add a new alert, click the plus sign icon, make your selections, and click Add.
