RBT Email Changes

RBT Email Changes

Happy man and woman looking at cell phone

The excitement continues following our recent announcement that Rollstone Bank & Trust (RBT) has joined the River Run community of banks, alongside Newburyport Bank and Pentucket Bank. This partnership allows us to work even more efficiently behind the scenes while continuing to provide you with the local, personalized service you know & trust.

As we integrate into River Run, we will be consolidating some back-office operations across all 3 banks in the organization. This includes areas such as loan servicing, eBanking, technology, marketing, and communications.

One part of the integration is the consolidation of email systems, which is taking place the weekend of August 8-10. As a result, some RBTeam members will begin using email addresses ending with “@riverrun.com” instead of the “@rollstonebank.com” that you have been accustomed to. This change will start on Monday, August 11.

As the River Run bank teams align, you may see the logos for River Run and our affiliated banks in some of our email signatures. You may also occasionally receive communications from River Run in support of services we provide to you.

Please be assured—this simply reflects internal operational improvements that help us support you more effectively.

What’s Not Changing

Everything you (and we!) value about Rollstone Bank & Trust:

  • The same friendly faces and leadership you know
  • The same branches and local presence
  • The same commitment to our community
  • The same personalized service you depend on

By sharing certain services, we can continue to grow and modernize our offerings while staying true to what matters most: you.

We’re committed to keeping you informed about any future changes and continuing to deliver the exceptional service you’ve come to expect. If you have any questions, our team is always here to help. As always, please contact us if you have any questions. Thank you for banking with Rollstone Bank & Trust.

P.S. We know that a lot of fraud occurs through email. If you are ever unsure if an email or other communication is legitimate, please stop by any branch or call us at 800.640.1166.
