Rollstone Bank & Trust, an affiliate of River Run Bancorp along with Newburyport Bank and Pentucket Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Laura Pearsall to Vice President, Treasury and Business Relationship Manager, based in Harvard, Mass. Laura brings 25 years of industry experience to the position, having most recently served as Vice President, Branch Manager of Rollstone Bank & Trust’s Harvard office.
In her new role, she is responsible for developing and strengthening commercial banking relationships while providing customized treasury management solutions that help businesses improve cash flow, streamline operations and achieve their financial goals. Laura combines strategic financial expertise with relationship management to deliver comprehensive banking services tailored to the needs of business clients, including government banking and non-profit organizations.
“Laura has spent 25 years building the kind of trust with clients and colleagues that cannot be taught, and this promotion reflects that track record,” said Edith K. Joyce, CTP, Senior Vice President, Treasury Services Director at River Run. “Her background running a branch gives her a first-hand understanding of what business clients need, and I am confident she will bring that same level of care to every treasury relationship she manages.”

Laura completed her undergraduate studies at Fitchburg State University. She serves on the Board of Advisors for the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce and volunteers with North Star Family Services’ Prepare and Deliver a Meal Program. Outside of work, she enjoys beekeeping, cooking and spending time with family.
